Hey guys, so who all in here trains and loves to keep themselves in shape.
2 years ago I was a monster haha ever since I graduated from high school I just never had the time with working 3rd shift and going to school from 7:30-4 or 5 at night then work at 10pm-6am.
Now since I finally have time school is ending in 2 weeks, I decided to finish my Advanced EMT course over the summer and not take any other classes I'll have time to get back in shape.
I'm at 216 right I gotta lose at least 25 pounds before the middle of summer
So let's see some biceps,triceps,TRAPS etc...
