According to your logic we should congratulate the guy who brake checked the following vehicle and caused him to go in the ditch possibly killing him.
I am not saying kissing bumpers is the best way to get others to move over.
My statement stands:If you are on the
fast lane, and there is a car behind you who is
moving faster than you, and
you have the opportunity to move over, but
instead you chose to
hit your brakes, then you should be tortured.
