Its fairly obvious the team has given up, and that is 100% on the coach. When you have no faith that your head coach is going to put you in the situation to win the game, its hard to get motivated.
The defensive staff needs to go too though. Richard was given more reigns of the defense this year and it is completely shitting the bed. His play calling is getting blown up by teams that have had shit offenses all season.

Garrett could go on a run and win the sb and i dont see him coming back next season. Jerry has very obviously moved on from him.
