Hahahaahaha not sure the protege would suit me well, but I'm currently at 170. Back then I was what's deemed "skinny fat" (you know think but lots of rolls/soft everywhere) but since I began integrating weight lifting in my regimen it's all tightened up/been able to lower body fat.
But I'm still a cardio head which is why I'll never get too big since swimming is honestly extremely therapeutic for me and helps clear my head on most nights.
Again this is all a ploy until I land myself a cute gf for the long run. Then I'm letting myself go
