If we became a country on July 4, 1776, then on July 26th this year Pluto will have completed it's first orbit. Ponder that.
And the length of it's orbit is over 23.2 Billion miles. It travels 94M miles per year. Or, 10,800 mph.
By contrast, the earth travels about 67,000 mph.
