You should search mobile.de for all cars, and "show damaged", sort by cheapest and you'll be amazed in what horrible condition some cars are for sale (burned out, cut out in parts, etc). What's worse, some end up being donors for a "new" car that will be made of 2 parts, put together as nice used, 1 owner car and with fake documents sold off east of the border (to Russia most likely to unsuspected buyer).
