I did my own backyard. I wanted the very essentials:
1) A seating area that has pavers.
2) Planters: various sizes and design such as square, rectangular and circular.
3) BBQ isl.
4) seating area in front of the BBQ isl.
5) Firepit and seating area.
It took me 13 months but was taking my own sweet time to figure out stuff. Self-taught how to lay stones and pavers, level them, and cut them. I used rectangular stones purchased from Lowe’s as well as pavers (18”x18”)that was purchased from there too. 90’ bench was built using Cedar wood.
If I have to redo this I would have laid down drip system.
