Seems odd that the awarding org would qualify it as such, and then for another statement to say that she is the first female to win the award. If the award is only for women, then just state she's the first winner of the award.

Perhaps It's because Hannah is the first "female" strategy engineer award winner .
And this year , the award winner was presented by McLaren.
Yeah . One thing is for sure , she did a great job @RedBull .
She made it possible that MAX could win some races coming from a very bad position .
That's why MAX said : We are very grateful to have Hannah @Red Bull .
