oh lord  nope, she's not moving in any time soon. she's coming for winter break so she's crashing at mine for about a month, which is good: she said she'd like to help with any renovations (the place was owned by someone clearly 60+. i dont want carpet floors or beige walls) free labor 
but nah, to answer you more seriously: she isn't moving in yet. if school is still online next year (august/sept 2021) i am thinking of offering it, though. plus, my mortgage split two ways is 1/3rds of her rent in california so both of us win |
