The guy that owns it, Todd is rarely there. I know him from way back when his family had the local farmers market / butcher shop in town.
Last time he was there when i picked up the BBQ it felt heavy to me so i weighed it when i got home. I asked for 2.5 pounds of chicken. It weighed out at 3.5 pounds. Now that i've figured out the sauce weighs so much i know what happened.
That day, he didn't have any made up. So he pulled my meat while i waited.
jtodd_fl When he measured it out he did so without sauce. Then once measured, squirted on a load of sauce. (jtodd doesn't know where to start)
But no, it's not a bid deal. It's just that my food logs are now off for like the last 8 months. I know, i know, it's not a huge deal. But damn it, if I'm going to take the time to log my food, i want that shit to be accurate.
