One day old "stir-fry" consisting of grilled chicken, small amount of Jasmine rice, but added fresh broccoli as I can't eat that rewarmed and mushy!
I generally cook everyhing I eat, but do enjoy those whey isolate bars made by Robert Irvine (I think that's his name) a few times a week.
