Ok, this did not help. ;-(
Played a little with the key fob and noticed this: if windows are not closed, then briefly hitting 'Lock' button will lock the car, fold the mirrors and move the windows up for about a half inch. Tried it a dozen of times, and it is pretty consistent. When the windows are closed, and the roof is fully open, then locking the car will cause the roof to move a little. If the roof is tilted, then it is a crapshot - could move it a little or close it all the way down.
I guess the 'Lock' button logic is defined something like this:
1. Lock the car and wait for KOMFORT_SCHLIESSEN time
2. Fold Mirrors and Check Windows
2.1. If windows down, start closing them. When closed wait for KOMFORT_SCHL_SHD time
3. If roof is not closed, start closing the roof.
So, if window are already closed than the KOMFORT_SCHL_SHD delay is ignored.
