I switched to them for awhile solely because of the awesome service they did when one of their policy holders backed into my truck. They were responsive, got the claim processed within hours and had me in a loaner(not a good one but still) and replaced the damaged parts rather than 'fixing' it.

I never actually had to make a claim on my behalf and switched 5 years ago because their rate went sky high due to me moving 15 miles south solely due to the zip apparently being flagged for uninsured motorists or something.

I never actually use my insurance that I've paid for all this time other than one instance to replace a cracked windshield with HUD. YMMV
