2008M36MT how confident are you that you are accurately recording all calories consumed? All beverages (coffee with cream and sugar, juice, flavored drinks, etc.), and snack and desserts must be included no matter how small.
Yes, when I’m on it, I’m on it. And even if there’s deviation, there’s not enough deviation to cause weight gain of this magnitude. I do find it weird as well that most men say they lose weight at 1700 calories or thereabout. I’m dying every day at 1000 calories and it’s not as if I’m seeing 2-3 pounds a week or something extreme. I’m right at 1.5 pounds per week.
