I'm sorry--if your state requires a front license plate, and you don't use it because you just don't like the way it looks, and "everyone else is doing it", I'm having a hard time understanding the annoyance for being caught. Ok--maybe the cop needed to make quota, but laws aren't written only for those who feel like complying.
