Yup, I mentioned that earlier. We've had a few blackouts that lasted a couple of days. I can always cook. Zero electronics on my Wolf except for the oven fan and light. Neither see much use and therefore no gremlins that drive costly repairs. I can only imagine the electronics in an induction cooker. What could possibly go wrong?
