Under the October 2015 SOGA, they have to accept the rejection.
I can't see how a camera is ever going to work as well as a radar, there's no way its going to 'see' through the water or not be blinded. For a 1500UKP option its embarrassing and just proves that years of testing is sometimes worthless until customers use them.
Happy to be proved wrong, but I can't see it being fixed via a software update.
