Pffft - My ex got the house and everything in it, half my 401K, a chunk of change and a few vital organs.... It took a while to recover but all is well once again. |
My brother was going to court for 3 years to finalize his divorce after being married for 6 months. No kids and all his assets were a separate entity. Ex-wife was a divorce attorney so played the system pretty well... in the end good asset protection plan > greedy wife.
