To anyone who has done/watched someone change out the center trim and shift lever, how difficult of a DIY job is it? I'm relatively handy, but will be
if I scratch anything in the process. I LOVE the look and the pieces are in the mail...
Is this something better left to the experts?
Also, I recently realized that my computer reset to an anticipated service interval of 10k miles after my break in service was completed. If memory serves correctly, all my previous (recent) BMWs have had a 15k service interval. To those of you who have owned previous M's, is this a recent development or have the M cars always been on a more aggressive service schedule? Thanks!
