Once he grabbed that bottle he has to be looking at certain prison time. Felony assault with deadly weapon in Cali, he is looking at 2-4 years.
Not a good look at all, that guy getting attacked better of done something horrific(like rape his wife). Because that unprovoked attack is attempted murder if you as me.
