The site where my company currently has me working (school district) is full of negativity. Literally from the administration to the teachers to the tech staff I work with from my company. I'm starting to notice it's impacting me daily. I can relate with this 100%. Lately I have been second guessing myself in my actions, words and interactions with co-workers. I come from a sales management background, the gift of gab and the ability to shmooze is just part of who I am. My current (toxic) work environment has made me a recluse as it just doesn't pay to even have a simple conversation around here.
