For the M3 wheel, you need the DCT paddles which cost $$$$$$$$$.
Some people have reused their sport paddles and fit them on the M3 wheel...........the cutout for paddles is smaller than the sport paddles so you need to force them in there.

I've had both on my car and ended up keeping the perforated M Tech one, just looks better imho.

So the Alcantara Performance wheel is out.
I'd love to get the M3 but at >$300 per M3 DCT paddle!!! Ouch.

Are those mtechs sold at BMW Steering wheels.com OEM or are they just padded and restiched sports steering wheels?
