Hmm, you emphasized the purple fringing. Most photographers will see that as a flaw, since that's what the sensor want to do on its own. I really think you need to move away from purple.
Is that Posterized? I would have expect more opaque colors. I'm afraid that you're really going to need to mask the lights somehow to bring the car out more. Look at the top of the car. It really fades into oblivion.
You might play with the lights a lot. If you mask them, then you can bring the car up, but you also need a layer to reduce the light's intensity, I think. You could do some extreme things with the lights, from merely reducing exposure to inserting some animal eyes.
