I tagged that account in 2022, but it never came back to edit the handful of suspicious posts it made then to add an SEO link so I could report it.
I'm sure that this forum's user database has 10,000+ members that are just spam sleeper accounts waiting to be activated just like this one. It just made the mistake of drawing attention to itself in front of the wrong crowd this time.....
