So I was gonna spend that much anyway. Instead I get an all in one I don't have to change (or on the course wear two to play golf and track walking). Sorry if I am feeling like I'm defending my purchase. I just wanted it.

I just picked one up too! My Series 3 finally bit the dust. The battery dies within 10 minutes. I figured 6 years of abusing this watch was not bad for $400. I could have had the battery fixed for $70, but honestly, I was just waiting for an excuse to get the new one because I wanted the "always on" feature.
This time I caved for the Ultra 2. The bigger screen really drew me in. I use it for strength training, hiking, biking, and pickleball to monitor my HR as well as track my workouts. I also suffer from tinnitus so I always have the DB meter on screen so I can save my hearing.
Also, this Hot Wheel I got on ebay was waiting on my doorstep when I returned from the Apple Store!
Also, does anyone else add the My BMW app just to get the BMW logo on your apple watch?
