Nice. There's another shutoff valve that's Z-wave compatible from Zooz. It's called the Titan, and it's motor is very strong. It is the only one I found that is strong enough to open/close our valve. They sell it stand-alone for those who already have a Z-wave HA setup, or as a kit with a Z-wave hub. There's even a backup battery available.

Hubitat is the way to go for community-driven HA, in my opinion. I'm on my 3rd Hub and have an extensive system with lights, sensors, actuators, etc. Probably 125 devices in all. Eight are water sensors, and I use the built-in Hubitat Safety Monitor to detect whenever one of them gets "wet" at which point it closes the valve. I also run a weekly valve test just to make sure that it's working.
