I take apart the disa valve flaps and clean them, test the internals, grease them and put them back together and test how they work thoroughly to make sure they're in good working shape, most valves straight out of a used car will be faulty or slow so this is a huge plus to this manifold. Also these disas are both updated revision valves with no risk at all of anything dropping into the intake.

On a fully stock 525i N52 with the proper software (which I sell aswell) you can expect +45hp gain and +35lb ft of torque, even more gains in the midrange.

On a fully stock 528i N52 you can expect +30hp and +20lb ft of torque with even more gains in the mid range aswell.

Would it increase the Hp and torque in an 2008 X3 3.0si with the highest tuned stock N52 at 276Hp?
You could get there with supporting mods but in reality a manifold swap by itself won't get the car to that power level because well, no stock n52 ever came out with that power output. A lot of horsepower figures are mixed up with the euro n53 which puts out 272hp. With the bimmerlabs 330i tune you'd easily be at 258 which is right there with the 3.0si which is rated at 260, but the amount of power you make doesn't depend on the 3 stage by itself but rather what tune you run on the car.
