Is it the same money? Around these parts (USA) I think (I don't know what it's going to sell for) the Porsche will be a lot more expensive, comparably equipped.
I do agree though, that it's a better car.

I was going to suggest that the adjustable suspension, based on my limited experience with it in other BMW cars, would only marginally improve the ride quality.
