I wouldn't say that I am unhappy, I like what I do and the pay/bonuses/perks are great. However, I can now see the my earning/growth ceiling and it appears that next year there will be no more room to grow and earn more.

Currently, spending almost all of my free time working on a side project that has potential to evolve and I would become my own boss - which is the ultimate goal.
