Cardio again tonight. Should be a lift day, but going to the girlfriends tonight and don't want to be pressed for time. I'll hit the weights tomorrow so I can spend as much time as I want there. The past few lift days, I've had to hurry through; that shit just pisses me off. Been working the shoulders a lot on cables lately. These poor bastards have no clue of the hurting they are in for tomorrow.
