You're just gonna have to late-launch if this is important to you... why is this important?
Imagine a scenario if you're going up against another car and using the traffic light as the flagman. If you're unable to hold it in excess of 3 seconds that manual says when brake pedal should be released, it would be quite difficult to time the launch as one doesn't know when traffic light will turn green, hence my inquiry.
