AAC, MP3 (over both direct-connect USB and Bluetooth) and Radio here. Haven't tried it with an actual CD or DVD yet (don't know where I stashed those years ago haha!)
I can go several days without it happening -- and I put about 100 miles per day on the car, so the sound system is always on. It's odd.
