I had a test drive yesterday, and I have a completely contrary view: I'm almost 6' and, with the driver's seat in a comfortable position, I could easily and comfortably fit in the rear seat behind the driver. This was with the (adjustable) rear seat in its rearmost position, and there was still "adequate" space in the rear for me if I slid it forward to a middle position (ok, not for a long trip, though). A rear-facing baby seat should fit easily in both outboard positions, and the width would easily accommodate two children's seats in the outboard positions. But, if anyone is concerned, check with the dealer.
