2011 E90 M3 ZHP DCT 43K Miles
Hello forum folks, tried to be as detailed and transparent as possible, please read info on car I am selling. Thanks for looking. About the car: 2011 E90 M3Jet Black, black leather, DCT, competition package, convenience, cold weather, navigation, parking sensor and premium package. Bought the car originally from BMW Riverside, I am the second owner, had 33K miles when purchased and now 43K. I installed a 30% tint but otherwise stock. 10K miles on the car in 3 years. I have not used the M power button in all honesty, never tracked, only leisure driving, in fact car still has original tires. All service done by either Shelly BMW and BMW Riverside - all records available. Car is garaged full time. The car has a fully transferable extended warranty contract through 2019. Zero claims reported. Just renewed registration this past November and passed SMOG check too. The Accident: I was rear ended by a distracted driver during a bumper to bumper traffic day on the 57 freeway - yes a victim of a texting and driving teenager. No air bag deployment and the car was perfectly drivable after the accident. The teenager was fine, I was fine, that’s most important. Took the car to a European specialist shop in Costa Mesa and both bumpers were replaced with brand new parts. Absolutely no issues with the car since then. Why sell? I have been traveling a lot in the last two years. Some days, I drive and park the car at SNA John Wayne Airport just to warm it up. Nowadays I use Lyft or Uber to avoid traffic and utilize carpool. I am currently working out of state and will be doing so for 2018 and 2019, busy with acquisition work for my company. It’s a great car and if not for my work travel situation, I’d prefer to still keep the car. Car is located in the Placentia/Yorba Linda/Brea North Orange County California area. Selling Price: $28K My Conclusion: I believe in transparency so you are aware of the car history and my situation - no hidden agenda and no excuses. Great car when I bought it and it still is. Are you asking if the title is clean? if so yes it is. If you are asking if the title is under my name, the answer is no. I have a very small balance which I can pay off and was planning to anyways in January before I go back on the road again. Hope that helps.

Folks, thank you for all the text messages and PM’s. I’m trying to respond to all of the PM’s as best as I can but here’s a few more detail folks have been asking, hopefully this helps:
1) interior - it’s great. I use a towel everytime I drive so driver seat is 8/10. The driver passenger seat and backs seats are close to 10 being a 2011 car, no one sits there at all. 2) Tires - upon further review of the delivery paper works, 2 tires I am assuming rear tires were replaced by Riverside BMW when I bought the car 3 years ago. 3) service - no major service done to the car other than oil change and the recent replacement of the airbags due to the takata recall. 4) title - title is clean 5) test drives - coordinate via text message or call me. I leave out of town jan 2. Strictly No test drives at night. Prefer morning so you can see for yourself during daytime the beauty of this car. Hope this helps |

Folks, I owe everyone an update and apologies, been in and out of the country and work has just been hectic. I also would like to apologize as I have not been able to respond to all of you. I am in the Bay Area this week but will be out of the country again starting first week of April. Here is the current status. I have entertained 2 buyers - you know who you are.
 Great people! First buyer fell out due to personal reasons. Second buyer was not able to wait, actually just spoke with him today, he already bought a car - congrats! Both had an offer of more than asking. Car is still available. Give me your best offer and we can work something out. I have driven the car < 180 miles since I posted in December. I don’t think the odometer is going to move any further. I did just had the battery replaced last month, brand new oem from Shelly Bmw. Appreciate the support you all, have a great rest of the day! |

Folks a quick update - I am been traveling since I last posted and have been in touch with some of you since then. Several of you saw and drove my car before I left the states and have given me attractive offers. But as I have stated in my original post, my travel is currently now in full swing. Because I think it’s unfair to have people wait on me, I am now thinking of putting the sell on hold. It will be sitting in my garage until hopefully my travel schedule slows down later in the year. Thank you and for whatever it’s worth, I was able to meet some of you both virtually and in person and that was great - good people. I will cancel this ad in the next few days.
