Need help with this car

So im looking at buying this 2010 535 Msport, ive owned several 3 series, but now first time with a 5. Can you guys take a look at the cars.com link below and tell me what you think as far as the price/mileage and what I should look to put an offer in as? Would be greatly appreciated! I checked carfax and its all clean.

I think the price is fair, considering its a dealer. It has all the packages and everything. I would try to get it for a little less considering its 64k miles. My 08 535 Sport Pkg with 60k miles is worth around $18k.

Look around for other 2010 535's with the same mileage and compare what other dealers are asking.
