BMW 545i Electric seats not working

Guys,

Hope you could help me here. Got into my 05 545i this morning and all is well. However this afternoon the active seats both passengers and drivers side are not working at all. There is no response from any of the buttons.

My first inclination was the fuses. So I opened the trunk, got the fuse chart, popped the cover in the glove box open to reveal the fuses. The chart says fuse position 31 and 33 for left and right active seats, but there are no fuses in this position.

Any ideas as to what may of happened? or what to do?

The car is out of warrantee so trying all things before taking it to the dealership.

Thanks

I have the exact same issue with my 2005 545. You may have found out already, but I think the fuses you were looking at were for active seat, not sure what it is, but it may be a option of some sort. I think there are other fuses for just the power seats.

But I have the same issue where my power seats (driver and passenger), heated seats, and steering wheel adjustment are not working. If you found a resolution to this I would love to know what it was.

Thanks,
MHK
