Discoloration/oily residue on window trim??

Anyone else have this happen to their car? I have an 07 M5 and it\'s been getting worse. I can wax it off but then it just keeps coming back. It looks awful. Does anyone else know what I\'m talking about and/or have this problem?? I\'m sure new trim from BMW is crazy $$. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have this on the door frame, passenger side in the black vertical area that becomes part of the b pillar. It's like finger marks, and I can't get it to stay away either.
