2010 N54 E60 hot air from vents

Hello everyone, I've got a 2010 N54 E60 that when the engine is warm or hot will blow hot air out of the vents even though I have the temperature set to the lowest setting(A/C NOT ON) this goes on for the first 2-3 minutes until I finally get the proper normal outside temperature to come from the vents. I've already tried to change the iDrive seat temperature settings and it doesn't solve this problem. Anyone with same experience? Anyone found a fix for this exact issue? Again the A/C is in the OFF position.
