Im on day 5 of the classic, and my girl is on day 8 of the lean. Its great. I cant imagine how many results we will have after 90 days. Its getting tougher for me each day without a day or two of rest though.

I just did the Ab Ripper and it's awesome!! I'll start the Classic from tomorrow. Just need to find the Yoga or Kenpo workouts to complete my programme.

Day 2- I thought to myself "hey, the p90x won't substitute your runs, get your ass out there and get a run in first." Went out and did a 3 mile run, came inside to do P90X day 2....plyometrics......FML
Lets keep the thread going with everyone's experiences. Kind of like a group session to keep everyone motivated and going! |

Okay so I've did some serious damage. I've done my groin, I must not have done enough stretches and I seriously underestimated the Ab Ripper workout. 25 reps is pretty hardcore. I'm going to start over again in a few days, and it gives me a chance to download the rest of the P90X series. At least now I know what I'm in for!!

If anyone wants something faster I recommend "INSANITY" . I have both P90x and INSANITY and both works really well. I don't like how we stretched in the beginning for p90x otherwise I really like his exercise!

For anyone who goes into the gym, lifts heavy weights, never does cardio and think they're the shit, try the Plyo workout. Bet you puke in the first 15 min. Congrats, you just learned the difference between being strong and being fit. |

Plus crossfit is free if you do it at your local gym with a bud or two. They post the workout's everyday that you are suppose to do. You can join the crossfit gym for 150$ per month but I have been cheating and j just looking at the workout's posted on the website and doing them with a buddy of mine that used to do xfit. Plus it seems P90X can take 1.5 hrs to do (I Have never done it, just going off post here); so far my longest workout with Xfit is 40 minutes. Last edited by Htown09; 01-29-2010 at 07:54 PM.. |
