2005 bmw 545

I\'m new in the forum and also new to owning a BMW .. I own a 2005 BMW 545i black on black , sports pack, premium pack, m steering , ect.. I want to take good care of this Beemer ... Whats the best car washing products to use , ie; wah cloth type , soap type , ect... Thanks

over the counter products: Meg Gold Class soap with regular wash mit, microfiber towels to dry. Main thing is not to induce any more swirl marks on black paint, especially jet black like the one I have so use the 2 bucket methods if possible and try not to drag the dry towel on top of the paint. Blotching works best IMO.

Nothing looks better than a nice clean shinny black car but it's a pain to take care though.

thanks , I have been going to a detail shop, but they dont do a good job...
