Car won't shift to Park

Long story short....I had a very rough shift from 3rd to 4th on the old transmission I rebuilt the valve body using zip kit and new sleeves, etc.
It didn't fix the issue and figured out the E-clutch was bad.
I happen to have (strange right lol) a spare transmission, swapped the newly rebuilt valve body into it along with sleeves and installed the new/used transmission.

Now the car shifts into D, shifts through gears.... when I press 'P' it tells me it can not shift into Park and puts the car in Neutral,
I can physically go back under the car and put it back into Park by moving the lever up. What could be my issue now?
