2008 carbon black

Hi guy picked up a 2008 525i m pack recently. First BMW I own and loving it so far.
Was interested in getting the 550 spider wheels on it but wanted to get your thoughts on;

1 is there any difference with replica BMW wheels then OEM?
2 should I look at getting run flats tyres? I currently have run flats on the standard m wheels but I'm hearing run flats make the ride a little bumpy. to e honest I don't notice it being bumpy now but think it might get obvious when I get bigger wheels.

Thoughts?

1. there shouldn't be a difference besides coming from the BWM factory vs. China (as in the ones I'm looking at).

2. run flats are more expensive and i had one patch/plugged...held up fine. BMW suggests buying new but only difference that i heard of is RF are thicker and that's why you can drive farther at slower speeds until you get it replaced (or repaired).

the 550i M wheels are nice but it sucks cleaning between all those spokes. take care and drive fast!!
