I was about to ask, what are you looking for in the coil over system, are you going to be playing settings a lot, or just looking to set it and forget it? What are some other considerations? Ask this kind of questions and everyone will have their own camp of opinion, whats most important to do is to determine what you're looking for and then shop accordingly.

to add onto that, i am looking at h&r springs, or coilovers, i am not doing any racing or anything but i found after doing some research that when lowering the car alot of places say to get different shocks becuase the ride and load, so i figure i would just save a paycheck or two and get a set of coilovers, any opinion on a set that would work if not racing or anything? i mean i care alot about the ride but i will not be playing with the settings to much. i found some k sport coilovers that seem like a decent price. just looking for some imput, its a 2007 530i i think it already has the sport suspension but i still feel little bit top heavy at times.

What would be the next best thing (and cheaper) than a set of KW's? I see K-Sport and a few others going for around $1000 shipped. I've even heard Megan coilovers are good (I was surprised at that)...I'm looking for something like my stock stiffness (maybe a little stiffer) and obviously ride adjustability of a coilover.
Any opinions? AND I DO NOT HAVE AN Xi, just a 535i sport packaged LCI.... Thanks! |

1. Do they squeak? 2. Any clearance issues or tire rubbing? 3. How is the ride? does it ever feel too harsh? |

1. NO lol
2. They are fully adjustable you can be low or high, 3. due to being high or low can all change the ride feel. I am low but not slammed and it rides AMAZING. I have spent probably 15,000-20$ and this is by far the BEST mod and money I have spent on my car HANDS DOWN! Don't go cheap and do it right the first time. I promise. My car handles like a 335 now which is a FAR improvement from the dull boat like feeling when you rip turns on stock suspension. |

Thanks man.
That's exactly what i'm looking for. I get 335 loaners when I bring my car in for service but when I get back in my car i'm miss the way the 335 takes corners. I have to talk the wife into this upgrade. lol |
