And just because you had a bad experience with your personal issues, doesn't negate the 30 plus others who recommend European Autobody. In fact, I used them based on other people recommending them to me AND me personally going to 4 auto-body shops (including calling BMW Canada for a referral).

I unfortunately I am proof and speak to the fact that they are:

1) Professional
2) Honest
3) Deliver on-time
4) Best quality workmanship (I believe) in the business...they specialize in Ferrari, Maserati and BMW (authorized as well may I add)

Unfortunately non-sense rambling ain't going to make believers of the group here.

So based on my experience with EA, I called my rep today and chatted with him about 'your experience'. Again, in a professional matter he asked me to message you to call him (Manny DeLuca @ EA) and if there was a quality problem or any problem...he would fix it at no charge as they stand by their workmanship.

Again, speaks to my point, EA and the company is a very classy and competent org.

Good luck...still waiting to see pics of this bad job they did as it would be interesting to see.

Been following this and the thread on the M3board and the more time that passes without and explanation of what happened or pictures describing what you beef with EA is, the more people are going to think you just have a personal issue with someone at EA. I'm not saying you didnt get a shoddy job (which would be 1 out of 1000 based on my experience and others on here), just saying you have to back it up with what happened before you cut them up. They have stepped up to the plate saying they will fix any issue you have with your car for free, so basically if you dont let us know what happened, continue to bitch and do not take them up on the offer, you deserve to get roasted on this board.
