535i front rim offset issue...

For my 2008 535i non sport, I purchased a set of VMR V718's in 18" x 8.5 front and 18" x 9.5 rear, running 245/40 front and 275/35 rear.
Problem is that the offset on the front rims is 35 (rear is ok with ET 22) so I installed 15 mm spacers to get back to stock ET 20 - no spacers curently in rear (probably eventually will go with 10mm or 15mm).
However, as we know, the stock offset is still set back in off the fender, a little too much for my liking.

So, my options are;
Wider tire up front maybe 255 - max, although thats not gonna do much.

A larger spacer, 20, 25mm - don't really like going with too thick of a spacer up front...

or, Ebay the two 8.5 rims and get two of the 9.5's and run them up front maybe with 255 tires, as long as clearances are good...

Don't really want to go through the hassle of selling all four rims and buying new...

All suggestions welcomed - well, maybe not all!
