shudder due to carbon

I bought a 2004 545 with 54,000 miles less than a year ago. It has 100,000 warranty. It has been back 4 times. At present, when stopped in drive or reverse, (A/T), with foot on brake, it jerks and wants to take off. Even with brake on, it still manages to jerk hard. Turn on the A/C and it is even worse. Can't parallel park or park in tight quarters in garage for fear of hitting something. Only premium gas used. Surge big time. Dealer keeps saying carbon problem and has added additive to tank, but has gotten worse. Now dealer wants to decarbonize for over $300 at my expense. Is this a common problem? How often should I expect to have to put up with this? Do all makes of large luxury sedans have this problem? Should I expect to have to pay for this even though I'm using the recommended fuel?
