I think it gives the feeling of a rollercoaster ride.
I don't mind street circuits (ok, it's getting a bit crazy now), but I think the main aspect of a street circuit should be that it's right in the heart of the city, so that you get to see the cars racing through the city next to it's landmarks.
So I like Baku, Monaco and even Vegas (although I had hoped for more birds eye view shots), but like what we're getting with Madrid and similar, basically racing on an industrial state....no.
Or Miami....where they partly simulate a street circuit...bleh.
