Is it worth keeping 2008 BMW 535xi E60 N54 after warranty expired?

Hi,

I purchased 2008 BMW 535xi (E60 N54) in Dec 2010 (as preowned certified) and it has a warranty until Jun 2014. Current mileage 93000 KMS / 58000 MILES.

I have a question and need an advice if I should keep it or better sell it before the certified warranty expires.

As per my experience my vehicle is in the shop every 2-3 month. Below are the major repairs which were done to it and dates.
What do you guys think if it is worth keeping the vehicle now or it will keep getting broken on me. I’m asking this questions because repairs can be costly, however with all the parts already replaced, maybe be there are no other major repairs are due for a while? Maybe all new part will be warrantied for a couple of years and will be good for another 4-5 years from now? Or perhaps someone knows that there are other major parts which get broken on this vehicle? Or maybe it is good to keep vehicle now (after all this repairs)?

List of completed repairs:
Dec 2010 - Replaced High Pressure Fuel Pump
Mar 2011 - Replaced both cat converters
Jun 2011 - Replaced both vanos solenoid valves
Jul 2011 - Found BRG Ledges excessively worn, replaced both intake/exhaust camshaft ledges and 4 hook ring seals
Oct 2011 - Neither valve was sealing. Replaced both turbos
Sep 2012 - Replaced 110Ah Battery with new 90Ah. Performed retrofit coding
Aug 2013 - Replaced Water Pump
Aug 2013 - Replaced all 6 Fuel Injectors

Thank you for your time.
