So based on my experience with EA, I called my rep today and chatted with him about 'your experience'. Again, in a professional matter he asked me to message you to call him (Manny DeLuca @ EA) and if there was a quality problem or any problem...he would fix it at no charge as they stand by their workmanship.
Again, speaks to my point, EA and the company is a very classy and competent org.
Good luck...still waiting to see pics of this bad job they did as it would be interesting to see.
