It could get into the oil if you have a cracked block. Drain the oil and see if you have coolant in there. But before that, look around in the engine bay (top and bottom) for a white residue, which would be dried coolant. It's possible it's all collecting on the splash guard so take it off and look. It's not uncommon to develop a leak in the radiator, around hose fittings, the expansion tank. If you can't find anything, there's a liquid you can add to the coolant that shows up with a UV light.
